Sun-Net Consulting (SNC) announced today that it has been awarded a contract from Progress Energy Carolina and Progress Energy Florida for the delivery and implementation of SNC’s Transmission & Distribution Outage Coordination and System Operations Suite (TOA®).

The software developed by SNC will provide Progress Energy with an advanced integrated application tool that supports outage scheduling activities on the Transmission & Distribution Systems, Generation Status & Compliance Monitoring and overall System Operations Reporting and Logging requirements.
