Product Technical and Operational Support
Sun-Net Consulting provides our customers with two levels of Technical and Operational Support:
- Standard Support Package provides support during the normal business hours. Monday - Friday (8 AM to 5 PM CST).
- Premium Support Package is identical to our Standard Support Package with 24/7 coverage.
Our Application TOA® supports Oracle Database 11g R2, Oracle Linux 5.5, Oracle Weblogic Server 11g R1, Oracle solaris 11, Oracle Exadata database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud and SPARC Super Cluster.
